Two 100% Silk birthday banners are included in this set. The banners are 6" x 40". One is a black and white banner, the other is color. A fantastic effect for birthday! The first banner is shown, but definitely does not have the color and excitement that is needed to properly celebrate this special event- but, with a little bit of magic (change bag, silk wonder box, switch can, etc.) the black and white banner becomes bright and colorful!
